Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Adams County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules govern the query after it is submitted.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message may be retained so we can answer it and keep a record of the exchange. We do not share that message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal demand.
Automatic Technical Information
Ordinary web systems may record limited technical facts when a page loads. These records help operate the site and diagnose faults.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted data may contact us and request its deletion.
