A three-day list therefore has to be reconstructed one person at a time or requested as existing records. Ask whether the local custody episode ended in community release, county supervision, transfer to PA DOC, return to another jail or prison, or another hold. The distinction cannot be inferred from a missing name.

A court docket can support the reason, but it is not the jail's movement log. The strongest three-day reconstruction aligns an ACACC entry with the court order and, if needed, a later PA DOC or other custodian record. A projected or expected date alone does not confirm release.

Adams County Weekend Release Checks
A three-day view is useful around weekends because one inquiry can cover the last business day and the days that followed. Yet Adams County research found no source that states a standard release hour, weekend schedule, holiday routine, or public data-refresh time. Do not assume that release was delayed or advanced simply because a court event fell near a weekend. Valid holds and staff processing can affect actual movement.

For pickup plans, contact ACACC directly. No official public source supplied a routine release gate, family waiting area, or holiday pickup instruction. A wider window helps organize checks. It cannot fill facts the originating office has not published.
Permanent Adams County Discharge Entries
The missing rolling list does not erase the historical trail. Pennsylvania's county record schedule classifies county-prison Commitment and Discharge Record Books as permanent. The schedule says those books may hold identifying details, the crime and committing authority, and commitment or discharge dates. Adams County Release Type Differences
Three days can contain several kinds of custody endings. Bond release allows the case to continue outside jail under the court's order. Time served means the custodial part was satisfied. County parole conditionally releases a person from a county sentence. Dismissal or acquittal may remove the holding basis unless another detainer exists. None should be merged into a vague “released” label when the source gives a more exact reason.

Work release deserves its own caution. An approved ACACC participant can enter the community for authorized activity while still serving confinement. That movement is not final discharge. Likewise, probation may begin without any jail stay, so a probation entry alone cannot provide an ACACC exit time.
Deaths must not be presented as routine releases. If a record indicates that custody ended through death, use the agency's exact description and do not place it in an ordinary community-release reconstruction. The same care applies to medical movement. A medical release category or hospital transfer needs agency confirmation before it is described as freedom from custody.
